40 E technology is the means not the mission for harnessing innovation and creativity to improve educational outcomes for all learners. The program is for those from a wide variety of academic professional and personal backgrounds with a cohort model. Students not only have the opportunity to learn from faculty, but also from the remarkable group of creative thinkers who are there. Pierce T students also become part of the larger HTC family, a supportive community that is dedicated.

Excellence innovation and equity in education, the robust internship program connect students with organizations in entrepreneurs doing exciting work at the intersection of Education and technology. Students also take advantage of the larger Harvard resources, including the libraries research institutes and the AI lab.
