Those interested in classroom teaching either already have their teaching credentials or interested in teaching in an Independent School setting where it is not required for experienced teachers with over 3 years of classroom experience. The L&T program offers an instructional leadership strand with our homework model, the LMT students are able to connect over their shared interests. Students often organize study groups, social events and panel discussions within our community. The program hosts a series of lunchtime discussions focused on issues of diversity equity inclusion.
